Rare Game products may be manufactured and fulfilled by third-party print providers after an order is placed.
Because products are made to order:
• Production and fulfillment times may vary
• Minor differences may occur between product images and the final item
• Colors may appear different because of screen settings, garment fabric, ink, lighting, and the printing process
• Print placement, dimensions, or appearance may vary slightly within ordinary production tolerances
• Fiber content, garment details, and measurements may vary by color, size, manufacturer, or supplier
We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately, but we do not guarantee that every display, image, description, color, measurement, or specification will be perfectly accurate on every device.
Product availability may change without notice. We may discontinue products, colors, sizes, or designs at any time.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, PROMOTIONS, AND TAXES
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may change without notice.
We may offer discounts, sales, free shipping, bundles, or promotional codes subject to separate conditions. Promotions may be modified, limited, or ended at any time unless prohibited by law.
Discount codes may not be combined unless checkout permits the combination.
Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees may be added at checkout where applicable.
If a product or order is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, or system error, we may cancel the affected transaction and issue an appropriate refund.

We do not ordinarily receive or store your full payment-card number.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping, production, tracking, address corrections, lost packages, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Risk-of-loss rules and consumer remedies remain subject to applicable law.
SECTION 8 — RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Because products are made to order, change-of-mind returns and size or color exchanges are generally not accepted unless required by law.

Consumers may retain rights to bring claims in another jurisdiction where applicable law requires it.
